On Monday, the building inspector came to the house and passed our insulation inspection. He said to John a few times, “You did a good job.” He said we have to insulate the garage as well because it’s underneath one of the three bedrooms in the original part of the house. The garage will be the final insulation job and will be inspected separately.
After passing inspection, John immediately went back to where he left off in the guest bathroom with laying the tile. He began cutting the Daltile mosaic floor tile with his tile saw for a dryfit. I’ll write about the bathroom in my next post. In the meantime, here are just a few before, during and after photos of the 2-month long, one-man insulation job.
Before: Looking up at the third level where the three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located.
