Daily Dose: A Glass Starburst Chandelier

After returning from Bermuda, where the blue-green water has once again left an indelible image on my mind, I began my quest for all things blue to decorate and adorn the interior of Brick House 319. Blue happens to be my favorite color; I’m a Pisces so maybe that has something to do with it.

On my product wish list of the day, is an eye-catching glass chandelier  with a mid century vibe.

I can envision this chandelier  suspended from the ceiling above my Italian-made farm table. The starburst turquoise glass rays remind me of the color of the water in Bermuda. The design is retro with a modern twist which would fit perfectly in my soon-to-be eclectic/traditional decorating scheme.

Stats: Size: 27″ Diameter x 23.5 ” Height with a 6′ Chain/Weight 90lbs. Made of metal/glass with a polished nickel/turquoise finish.

Gazing out the window over the turquoise and deep blue Atlantic water surrounding beautiful Bermuda; it makes me want to jump in!

How about these to set the table:

Sasaki make a beautiful minimalistic colorstone series and I remember they had a beautiful teal color. Unfortunately long out of stock. I have a set for 8 in their matte black which I love.

    This is the color:
